We are pleased to announce that we will be hosting a Nepalese Evening on Friday 5th May at 6.30pm, in the Refectory. This is a community event open to all students, parents, past-parents, staff and Old Suttonians. The evening will include a meal of authentic Nepalese curries cooked by a professional Nepalese chef and assisted by the Major Prem, Staff Sergeant Thapa and their wives, together with traditional music and a raffle.
All profits from the evening will be split between the Bucha Khani School (to provide a much-needed interactive whiteboard and laptop) and the Aspakdi Bhanumati Tanahung village, which is due to host a group from Sutton Valence School during their stay later in the year to assist with the building of a community centre.
Tickets will cost £15.00 for adults and £10.00 for under 18s and includes the meal and entertainment. If you are unable to get a whole table of eight together, do not worry, we will make up tables based on year groups or association to the School. Please click on the button below to purchase your tickets. In the event that you are booking more than one ticket, the booking system is set up so that the first ticket will always be allocated to you - as such, please ensure that you provide the names and details of your guest(s), when prompted to do so (rather than providing your own details again). Please also ensure that you do not use your own email address for any of your guests - the booking system requires guest email addresses to be unique.
