Mr Howell has launched both an SV I-Fit Cycling and Running Club on Strava, which is a wonderful way to stay fit whilst being part of a community group. You can run, walk or cycle, as a family or individually. This is open to all of our pupils, parents, staff and our wider SVS community.
All you need to do is download the Strava app, which is free, create a profile and search for SV I-Fit Cycling Club or SV I-Fit Running Club. You can download both guides below if you need additional help.
Our aim is to become fitter and healthier whilst staying connected to each other through exercise. Join us!
